As a Campus Recruiting Team member at Citadel Securities, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier early career talent to join our teams. You'll work across disciplines, from quantitative research and trading to engineering and operations, ensuring we continue to shape the future of finance with the best minds in the industry. Our Campus Recruiting team hires sourcers, recruiters, and pipeline managers who want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every decision you make has a direct impact on our business.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies to attract world-class candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential candidates, fostering genuine connections and understanding their motivations and career aspirations.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive hiring landscapes to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and intern program management, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for both candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Citadel Securities at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $185,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program,
as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans,
and access to other healthcare programs.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a Campus Recruiting role at a top firm is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
