Campus Learning Administrator

Staines – hybrid with minimum 1 day a week on site

Permanent

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

£26,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience

This is an exciting time at Bupa as we get set to open the doors on our new state of the art, Campus and including a Clinical Training Academy. Here we are seeking to deliver innovative learning & development, both physically and virtually through word class experiences and, to connect, grow and broaden the skills of our people across all business units (Dental Services, Care Services, Health Services, Insurance). Our goal is to exceed learner expectations and foster a culture of exceptional learning and development, through a learning offering that includes fully immersive technology, virtual classrooms, hi fidelity simulation labs & AI.

This role is responsible for the co-ordination, administration and organisation of the training and educational programs. This role sits within the Bupa campus & Clinical Training Academy operations team and will be accountable for the learning operations surrounding both in person and remote learning. This involves booking facilitators, managing delegates communications, queries, supporting facilitators and ensuring courses are set up brilliantly, with everyone knowing what they are doing and when. You need to be really organised, self-driven, able to resolve issues and overcome challenges and most importantly be customer centric, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Ensure timely delivery of workshop logistics for virtual and face-to-face events
  • Schedule instructor-led workshops, coordinate with regions and campus sites
  • Manage third-party suppliers, including scheduling and invoice management
  • Address learner and facilitator queries promptly
  • Provide status updates and reporting
  • Monitor workshop utilisation and optimisation
  • Engage with campuses and support teams, monitor risks
  • Manage registration and evaluation, ensure timely report submission
  • Connect with delivery teams for updates and status reporting
  • Ensure quality control of processes and team activities
  • Provide technology support for the learning platform, ensure training materials are accessible
  • Be a champion on the Learning experience platform and remote learning systems, guiding and supporting delegates to access.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience in event coordination and logistics related activities
  • Experience in learning admin operations
  • Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities (LMS)
  • Knowledge of key metrics for managing logistics functional performance
  • Possess good teamwork and people skills.
