Position Overview
The Human Capital team comprises about 20 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm. The Global Talent Acquisition team is central to CRA’s success by identifying great talent to join our firm. In this role, you will take ownership for full life-cycle university recruitment, and work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to coordinate day-to-day operational processes that support the acquisition of top talent. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography;
- Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies;
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, careers centres);
- Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes);
- Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyse data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends;
- Understand and market CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events;
- Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events;
- Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customisation of interview schedules and recruiting teams;
- Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse);
- Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives in Europe and globally.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience;
- 2-4 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast paced and high-volume business (consulting or professional services preferred);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
- Data-driven mindset, with corresponding data manipulation skills;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technologies (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems;
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving and leadership;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities;
- Excellent time management, task prioritisation, and detail orientation;
- Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel.

Work Location Flexibility
CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. At the same time, we recognise that individuals realise a range of benefits when working from home periodically. We currently ask that individuals spend 3 to 4 day a week on average working in the office (which may include traveling to another CRA office), with specific days determined in coordination with your practice or team. At certain times of the year (e.g. holiday periods), additional remote work options are offered to those whose work commitments permit it, although our offices remain open for those who choose or need to be there.
