The Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly organised Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our IG Prime marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating complex marketing initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. You will be the central coordinator across our marketing team, managing relationships with external agencies, supporting sales enablement, and handling ad-hoc marketing projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring alignment across digital, brand, and creative teams
Manage relationships with external creative and content agencies, including briefing, quality control, and project timelines
Support sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and collateral as needed
Plan and coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple initiatives
Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives
Manage marketing project workflows and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to standard
Track campaign performance and compile regular reports on marketing activities
Handle ad-hoc marketing requests and priority projects as they emerge
Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all materials
Coordinate internal communications around marketing initiatives and campaign launches
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of marketing campaign management or project management experience
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with external agencies and managing creative production processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
B2B or financial services marketing experience preferred but not essential
Detail-oriented approach with strong quality control standards
Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes
Proficiency with project management tools and marketing workflow systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across remote teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent requests
