Campaign Specialist (ABM Focused)

We are looking for a results-oriented Campaign Specialist with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our marketing team. This role is essential for developing and executing highly targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at key accounts. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven insights to drive engagement, build relationships, and achieve business objectives within high-value accounts.

This is a hybrid role (2 days/week in Stratford, London office and 3 days working from home).

Your role in our future

  • Work in collaboration with our account based marketing manager, demand generation managers, SDR and sales teams to develop, implement and optimize ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts. Apply key learnings to existing lead generation campaigns.

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events. Ensure alignment with account-specific goals and objectives.

  • Work within the ABM platform to design and execute targeted campaigns with personalized messaging.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates and conversions. Use data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on results.

  • Work with content creators to develop customized content and assets for target accounts. Create personalized email sequences, landing pages, and other materials to address the unique needs of each account.

  • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel within target accounts. Utilize marketing automation tools to segment, track, and engage leads.

  • Plan and execute account-specific events, such as webinars, roundtables, and personalized meetings. Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize engagement.

  • Coordinate the sharing of marketing engagement intelligence and best practices with sales to optimize the sales process and drive close rates.

Your profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar B2B marketing roles.

  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing and demand gen trends, direct marketing, and other marketing best practices.

  • Skilled in shaping campaign messaging and producing content for diverse customer groups.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.

  • Skilled in effectively implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Capable of using data to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience, highlighting a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

  • Good analytical skills, creativity, understanding of SEO and SEM, and familiarity with tracking, digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn ad managers, Canva, Drupal, and others.

  • Basic editing capabilities (HTML, CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Video) a plus.
