What You'll do

The Campaign Operations Team undertakes specialist responsibilities in driving billups’ business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships. As part of our Client Services function, the Campaign Ops Executive role collaborates closely with peers, Senior Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s) in:

  • Advocacy and implementation of billups’ regional mission / vision / purpose, strategies, platform and services, across your clients.

  • Client and partner delivery, by being a point of daily servicing support, helping manage requests and expectations proactively, and ensuring our strategic and executional delivery against KPIs exceeds expectations.

  • Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) identify ways of delivering organic and diversified revenue growth; helping convert these.

  • Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) develop and convert new business opportunities. Helping establish target plans against key accounts and categories. Helping identify, secure and execute meetings with prospects and leads, collaborating closely with Client Development function colleagues in doing so.

  • Supporting supplier relationships on a daily basis, regarding the development and execution of industry-leading OOH planning.

  • Collaborating with the Investment Team regarding trade deal alignment and optimisation across markets and vendors.

  • Complying with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Following process, and enhancing this as needed, to ensure quality consistency. Adopting tools and systems; contributing to their development and deployment as required, including participating in requirement definition and testing periods.

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and projects internally.

  • Helping liaise with wider billups’ centralised resources within existing or new conversations - for example Marketing, PlatSol and Design Teams.

  • Assisting in the compilation of accurate, updated business planning and forecasting across your clients.

Required Media Experience: 1 – 2 years

  • A base knowledge of the OOH media landscape, production or creative industry including client and supplier news and activity.

  • Possible UK or EMEA or International OOH and/or comms project management experience.

  • The desire and ability to learn new international markets and work with local teams across multiple regions.

  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work.

  • Possible experience at negotiating pricing and budgets.

  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Being able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

  • The desire to grow yourself and billups’ business.

  • Some experience in resolving issues between others.
