The Role:
Do you want to be at the forefront of marketing for one of the most striking brands to hit the consumer tech space in the last 10 years? At Nothing, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the future of technology. We're looking for a dynamic Smart Product, Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the way the world experiences’ Nothing’s smart product portfolio. If you're personally passionate about marketing and shaking up a stagnant industry through creativity and ideation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Smart Product Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and the smart product roadmap.
- Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Smart Products and features, ensuring they align with wider product launches and promotions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors. Use insights to guide marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, functional teams and designers to ensure Smart Products features and messaging are effectively communicated to the target audience. Coordinate with the Product Marketing Manager, Smart Products to align on product messaging and positioning. Strong collaboration with the Smartphone & Software team to ensure the marketing calendar is clear and complementary.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with specialists on development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, product videos, and social media content that promotes smart products.
- Cultural Foresight & Relevance: Stay at the forefront of cultural trends across design, music, arts and lifestyle. Identify relevant moments, talent, or conversations that Nothing can authentically plug into to drive brand relevance and product desirability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering engagement and driving product adoption and retention through targeted marketing programs.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints, particularly for software-related initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns within a fast moving environment.
- Experience of delivering creative campaigns that connect with culture, not solely functional product executions.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, particularly product, brand and comms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
