Job Description

This position will be based in London and require you to be in the office 3 days a week

Job Accountabilities and KPI

  • On-time implementation for international campaigns
  • PPC management – develop, optimise and deliver PPC strategies across multiple platforms
  • Number of leads – monitored and reported weekly
  • Management of publication adverts
  • Promoting publication and increasing readership
  • Bi-weekly newsletters, quarterly magazines, and yearbook delivery
  • Webinar marketing
  • Manage the social media accounts across a range of portfolios and topic areas
  • Manage external social media agencies where appropriate
  • To manage all marketing channels effectively, within a budget and under time constraints
  • Increase engagement and bookings through social media
  • Increase social media following
  • Briefing design on engaging banners
  • Building relevant and appropriate creativity into campaigns wherever possible
  • Timely completion of final event analysis
  • Email KPIs such as OR, CTR
  • Website bookings
  • Revenue

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, budgeting, and implementing effective marketing campaigns for small events
  • Planning the social media activities for large scale events and reporting back to the marketing lead for the project
  • Full responsibility to leverage the marketing mix for omnichannel campaigns; with a focus on the performance of digital channels (including web, marketing database, email, social media, display and PPC advertising campaigns)
  • Design impactful demand-generation campaigns through all online and offline channels
  • Dedicated segmentation and targeting plan for all campaigns based on analysis and brief supplied
  • Set up products and campaigns in our marketing and CRM system
  • Manage email campaigns independently
  • Work on content such as blog posts, whitepapers, interviews, and reports for training
  • Social media management – managing social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube
  • Ensuring related websites are fully up to date with the latest content and key messaging is displayed throughout
  • Identify a data acquisition strategy to grow the existing databases
  • Set up and management of media deals with external organisations to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost to training
  • Work closely with the telesales function on key campaigns and incorporate customer feedback
  • Manage budgets
  • Coordination of design and production of all marketing collateral, including event brochures, advertisements, banners/emails etc.
  • Providing KPI reports for update meetings with Campaign Director and Senior Marketing Managers

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience Required for the Role

  • 1+ years working in a marketing or sales role
  • PPC management
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • BSc/MSc degree in business, marketing, journalism or related
  • Hand-on experience with a range of print and digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Digital Marketing including email marketing
