Are you a Campaign Manager full of ideas, passion, and strategic thinking? Do you thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments and want to make a real impact? If so, this role could be perfect for you.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our in-house Brand and Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is key to executing brand strategy while delivering campaigns that meet business goals through creative, customer-focused marketing.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from translating business objectives into marketing strategies, through to audience targeting, messaging development, and the execution of integrated campaigns with the support of our internal creative team.

Your background in both brand strategy and campaign execution mean you're confident shaping the bigger picture while rolling up your sleeves to bring it to life. You understand how to build and grow a brand, and how to creatively tackle business challenges across a range of channels including display, TV, OOH, radio, and events.

With strong knowledge of advertising law, you’ll confidently push creative boundaries while staying within regulatory guidelines. You’ll take a customer-centric approach, collaborating cross-functionally to gather insights and improve customer journeys.

Your success in this role will be measured by brand metrics and web traffic, and you'll take ownership of reporting, optimisation, and coordination with external vendors when needed.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Turn business objectives into campaign KPIs and develop communications strategy.

  • Craft regulatory-compliant messaging and manage risk assessment with legal teams.

  • Map and implement end-to-end customer journeys for campaigns.

  • Write and fulfil campaign creative briefs with internal studio.

  • Collaborate with insights team to refine campaign strategies based on customer trends and competitor activity.

  • Manage campaign delivery, performance reporting, and budget control.

  • Promote brand metrics and consistency across outputs.

Are we the perfect match?
It would be great if you had:

  • Proven experience in brand-building campaigns and strategic communications planning.

  • Experience in brand strategy and execution.

  • Ability to solve business problems through creative marketing.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and handle senior stakeholders.

  • Expertise in deploying through-the-line campaigns and media planning/fulfilment

  • Strong track record in managing campaign budgets and using data to optimise performance.

  • Demonstratable creative leadership and ability to challenge conventional thinking.

  • Experience monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements.

  • Experience with start-up brand and/or sub-brand would be beneficial

Here’s what else you need to know:

  • Role may close earlier due to high applications.

  • This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

  • Competitive salary.

  • Location – London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, EC1M 6PB, with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.

  • Work life balance – we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

  • We’ll have regular team socials and lively team chats.

  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it.

  • Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%, increasing to 10% after 2 years)

  • Excellent parental leave allowance.

  • The chance to choose from our award-winning Flexible Benefits package which includes the option to buy up to 10 days holiday a year.

  • We’ve exciting opportunities for everyone to develop their talent at E.ON. Our open access, inclusive talent networks provide networking, learning and development for all, building your skills, qualifications, and capabilities throughout your career.

  • For all successful candidates.  Due to the nature of this role your employment will be subject to a basic DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check being carried out by ourselves via a 3rd party service provider.

We’re committed to equal opportunities and actively promote a diverse and inclusive working environment, and fairness for everyone

We realise the best people bring their energy at different times, so we’re happy to talk flexible working. We offer a range of flexible working options, including full time, part time, job share, remote working and variable start and finishing times.
