  • Comfort working independently
  • Experience in low‑volume, bespoke manufacturing
  • Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement

(Experience with ISO standards or test equipment is a bonus.)

💛 What we value

  • Clear, inspiring ideas of what “better” looks like
  • Engagement, empathy, and collaboration
  • The confidence to guide improvements even when change feels tough

🌈 What we offer

  • 4‑day week (Mon–Thu)
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy more
  • 24 hours paid volunteering
  • Pension, life cover, wellbeing support
  • Retail and gym discounts

At Thales, we ensure equal opportunities, pay and working conditions for all. The benefits we offer include private medical insurance, buying or selling annual leave, cycle to work schemes, employee discounts, paid volunteering day, stocks and shares, annual bonus and much more depending on the role.
