We have an incredible opportunity for a Change & Transformation Strategy & Design Lead to join our Change & Transformation (C&T) team on a permanent basis, based in the London office (hybrid based).

The role

As the C&T Strategy & Design Lead, you will be a valued member of the wider C&T team by playing a crucial role in Change process improvement and delivery, driving efficiency and enhancing overall performance to deliver our shared purpose - to secure our members’ future.
 

This role will work closely with the senior leadership team within C&T and will lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and initiatives within Railpen and will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions during organisational changes.

The person

We are looking for someone who has previously worked within either a Business Analysis or process environment, who has experience of delivering Change, including planning, executing, and monitoring either via delivering projects or supporting project delivery in a senior capacity. You will possess the ability to analyse and assess organisational change impact and design strategies to address challenges. Key to this role, is having the desire and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive the development and adoption of best practice across the Change & Transformation team.

As the C&T Strategy & Design Lead, you will have the ability to provide support across a variety of business disciplines. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) and will be comfortable delivering a vision to engage and inspire people across the business. Experience of building meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to overcome resistance to change is key. You will be keen to work in the detail whilst always being mindful of the overall picture. The ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions is fundamental to this role.
