The UK C-17 International Training Centre (ITC) in Farnborough, provides both aircrew and maintainer training to a wide range of international operators of the C-17 platform.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process and Support Analyst to join a highly regarded team, servicing the C-17 Synthetic Training Service (STS) contract, based at the C-17 International Training Centre in Farnborough.
Responsibilities to support the delivery and programme teams include, but are not limited to:
  • Collating and Analysing training delivery data
  • Producing and managing reports
  • Supporting customer meetings
  • Supplier engagement, including chairing meetings as applicable.
  • Collating customer feedback and evaluating the data through collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Implementing Continuous improvement and adopting best practice
  • Quality assurance
  • Promoting Health and Safety within the workplace.
  • Ensuring applicable security protocols are adopted and maintained

Basic Skills/Qualifications
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including the Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • The ability to obtain UK Security clearance

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Project management experience
  • Risk Management experience
  • Health and Safety experience
