Are you passionate about shaping the future of retail investing? Do you bring experience across ISA, SIPP, and wider retail investment products, alongside a strong grasp of regulatory and change management? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytical, and curious professional to join our Retail Strategy & Offer Change team. In this role, you’ll help us assess the evolving retail investment landscape, identify strategic opportunities, and guide the business through change. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, product teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure we deliver insight‑driven, competitive, and compliant propositions for our clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyse retail strategy, market trends, and competitive positioning - translating insight into meaningful recommendations.
  • Develop and refine business requirements for product and offer changes (e.g. ISA, SIPP, investment accounts) and oversee those changes through to production.
  • Build and deliver compelling materials for senior leadership, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.
  • Interpret complex datasets and transform them into clear, actionable insights to drive decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and peer teams keeping them informed, aligned, and engaged.
  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the development of long‑term business plans.
  • Stay informed on regulatory change, consumer behaviour trends, and the competitive retail investment landscape.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, professional development, and best‑practice sharing across the team.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects and perform additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience within the retail investment or wealth management sector, ideally with exposure to products such as ISAs, SIPPs, GIAs, or investment wrappers.
  • Background in business strategy, product analysis, or change management, ideally supporting regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and present insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional partners and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating regulatory considerations and understanding the impact of market or rule changes on the customer and the business.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to craft high‑quality written and visual outputs.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience.
Why Join Us?
  • A chance to work at the heart of a growing retail investment business.
  • Real influence over strategic direction and product evolution.
  • A collaborative culture that encourages curiosity and innovation.
  • Great exposure to senior leadership and meaningful career development pathways.
