In our team you will:

Transformation Leadership: mobilising complex, multi geographic programmes of change and helping clients deliver tangible business outcomes. Creating transformation visions, driving leadership alignment and storytelling

Operating Models/Organisational Design - business/technology operating models and empowering agile squads to deliver new products and services at speed.

Workforce and Talent: defining approaches to mobilise, enable, manage, rotate and retain key talent.

Change, Comms & Engagement Management: planning, conduct and manage detailed change impact assessment teams, build and oversee change intervention plans. Communication strategy, experience in planning and building communication materials and engagement interventions using digital and AI enabled tooling.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Strong interest in work and workforce business transformation. In addition to, a curiosity around opportunities and threats posed by innovation and technology.

  • Proven ability to originate and sell consulting solutions.

  • Knowledge of industry operations, dynamics, and trends in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Telecoms, Media, Technology, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy, Utilities, Government.

  • Ability to see ‘the big picture’ and bring multiple solutions to solve problems.

  • A passion for Innovation and Technology trends, understanding how leading-edge technologies, AI and data can drive organisation objectives while supporting the employee/ colleague experience.

  • Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others. 

  • Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.

  • Intellectual capacity to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.

  • First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.

  • Consulting or equivalent market experience in one of the areas outlined above.

  • Leadership qualities: the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
