We are looking for a Business Systems Manager to join us!

Our business systems are a key source of competitive differentiation for us, as is our ability to harness the value stored in the data that our digital ecosystem collects. The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business systems, embedding AI at their core to streamline workflows and enable our business to unlock even more value from our data and digital ecosystem. They will lead the development of new features in our Enterprise Resource Planning system (Odoo) and work collaboratively with Ohme’s Product and AI Engineering teams on the integration of Odoo with other Ohme products, platforms and AI agent systems. 
 
What you will be doing:
Development and Enhancement:
  • Lead the integration of Ohme’s ERP with other key operational systems and Ohme’s digital platforms.
  • Oversee the development of new features in Ohme’s ERP and other business systems.
  • Drive agentic AI use cases within Ohme’s ERP and enable them in our other digital products where integration with Ohme’s ERP is necessary.
  • Productionise agentic AI workflows after MVPs have been built by business stakeholders (in low/no-code automation platforms).
  • Ensure that development aligns with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP and system trends and technologies.
  • Understand the end-to-end integration and data flows between Ohme’s business systems.
  • Ensure that all new developments undergo robust Quality Assurance and regression testing.
Collaboration with Product Team:
  • Work closely with the Product team to plan and execute integrations of the ERP and other business systems with Ohme’s own products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Ohme’s departments to understand their system needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Support and Training:
  • Ensure the Business Systems team provides robust technical support to business units.
  • Ensure the availability of training materials and that training sessions are conducted for users.
Project Management:
  • Plan and manage ERP and other business system related projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes.
  • Manage business system migrations and deployments of new functionality.
  • Manage relationships with software providers.
