Business System Analyst will analyze and evaluate user needs and data to create concepts, prototypes and iterate on ideas.

  • Generate mock-ups and user requirements which can be leveraged by IT and other technical vendor partners to build new or enhanced solutions
  • Work with other functional teams as needed to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify potential solutions.
  • Capture, translate, communicate, and advocate findings from customer research to partners and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with our agile product teams, business SME's, product owners, designers, business analysts and technologists to build business cases and solution prototypes
  • Shapes design, build and iteration of solutions.  Incorporates feedback on prototypes and iterates continuously to improve user experience and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Understanding of Clinical Data standards
  • Design experience of tools used in Clinical research e.g., CDMS, EHR, EMR etc.
  • Proficiency in SAS/SQL/Python/R for data Automation
  • Experience with system integration
  • Worked with clinical, biostatistics, regulatory, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience delivering advanced analytics/machine learning/AI solutions
  • 3-5 years Design Thinking/System Requirements Gathering and Writing experience (e.g. low fidelity mockups, user stories, storyboards, process flows)
  • 3-5 years Data analysis and/or data engineering experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
