About the Role:
As a Business Support Officer, The primary reporting line will be thee General Manager , however, the role includes a close working relationship with the, Supervisors, Administrators.
- To ensure best practice for the control and audit of van stocks, fleet arrangements, plant, all working at height activity and waste disposal.
- Office Based and Health & Safety compliance administration
- Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees
- Setting up operatives Toolbox talks ensuring this is out in their diaries
- Support Health & Safety training ensuring this is completed
- Scanning and saving compliance documents
- Ordering Office Supplies and uniform
Role Criteria:
- Working in an Office experience
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in busy office environment
- Experience of handling multiple tasks in a high volume, sometimes challenging environment
- Good Organisational skills
- Good Time Keeping
- Good Written and verbal communication

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
