About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to join our London Lettings department in Mayfair.

Role

Our London Residential Lettings division is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to provide front‑of‑house support and assist the Mayfair team, as well as the wider London office network. You will report into the Office Head with regular input from the Lettings Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients visiting the Mayfair office, offering refreshments and handling general enquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls for both sales and lettings, taking accurate messages and providing essential support.
  • Manage, label, and organise property keys in line with office procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy reception and office environment, ensuring meeting spaces and the boardroom are prepared.
  • Support marketing activity by producing mailers, brochures, window cards, and pitching materials.
  • Arrange and upload EPCs, photographs, and floorplans, ensuring all property details are accurately updated.
  • Supply property information for regional publications and marketing campaigns while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Assist with new property listings, including creating records, ordering Land Registry checks, and registering new instructions.
  • Produce sales invoices, template letters, and required documentation, ensuring all outputs follow best‑practice standards.
  • Support client due diligence, anti‑money laundering checks, and correct naming conventions for property files.
  • Assist with tenancy administration, KYC checks, and compliance audits.
  • Prepare office reports and meeting documents, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
Key Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a business support, administrative, or front‑of‑house role.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, including diary and task management.
  • Excellent written English, with strong grammar and spelling.
