About the role:

Perform high qualitative or specific administration tasks and/or support, which includes various activities with the Administrator position.

Role & responsibilities:

Take over accountabilities for defined complex administrative tasks;

    • Using internal software to administer the confirmation of delivered orders.

    • Taking ownership to identify any queries or errors

    • Analyse data sources and validates information to be able to create reports requested by management or other stakeholders.

    • Communicate with external stakeholders to keep them informed, on behalf of management.

    • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as per managers request

 

* Please note this role is office based and a fixed-term 18 month contract.
