About the role:
Perform high qualitative or specific administration tasks and/or support, which includes various activities with the Administrator position.
Role & responsibilities:
Take over accountabilities for defined complex administrative tasks;
Using internal software to administer the confirmation of delivered orders.
Taking ownership to identify any queries or errors
Analyse data sources and validates information to be able to create reports requested by management or other stakeholders.
Communicate with external stakeholders to keep them informed, on behalf of management.
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as per managers request
* Please note this role is office based and a fixed-term 18 month contract.
