About this role:
Sensor Tower is looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant to be an integral part of our Innovation & Strategy team, providing white glove service and bespoke projects to our clients on an ongoing basis. Sensor Tower’s Innovation & Strategy team works with some of our most high-value clients who rely on us to maximize the value of our data and achieve their strategic goals. This pivotal role reports to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy, who leads our strategic work across EMEA.
We are divided into two consulting verticals, Business Strategy and Technology Strategy. The Digital Strategy Consultant will support the larger Business Strategy team on large-scale initiatives, handle client engagements, and work cross-functionally across Technology Strategy and other Sensor Tower departments.
This is a consultative, data-driven role - ideal for someone with a background in digital marketing, media or MarTech, with early consulting experience and who thrives at the intersection of analytics, client engagement and delivering exceptional results.
What the Business Strategy Analyst will do:
- Support the larger Business Strategy team on existing clients and new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy and the go-to-market team to support and grow relationships with key Sensor Tower clients - many of whom are publicly traded Fortune 500 companies across the US and Europe.
- Work with high-profile clients and marketing stakeholders across a range of verticals including, but not limited to, Retail, CPG, Fashion and Banking.
- Support key client engagements by managing the implementation and ongoing delivery of custom data solutions.
- Confidently present data, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that directly support our clients’ marketing objectives.
- Manage data pulls, data analysis, data validation and proof of concepts.
- Understand the full suite of Sensor Tower offerings, including our Mobile App, Digital Advertising and Audience products, and leverage these tools for client success.
- Develop cross-functional relationships across Sensor Tower to be able to leverage all our resources for our clients.
- Manage and drive specific work streams within larger projects, responsible for full execution and project management.
Experience the candidate can bring:
- 3+ years experience in a data-driven role within a digital marketing, marketing strategy, media or marketing technology environment.
- Proven ability to support client-facing engagements, delivering high quality work and maintaining strong relationships.
- Confident presenting to stakeholders in a marketing context, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Extremely comfortable working with data, supporting client engagements by leveraging multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analytics and reporting, with the ability to build clear, compelling stories using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Strong project management and problem solving skills.
