What you'll do

In this role, you'll be supporting the wider Operations function in providing critical analysis of data and MI.  You will be asked to work across different systems and platforms, particularly Zendesk and our 3rd party admin (MUFG) platforms, to collate, analyse, interpret and articulate critical KPI’s and measurement against service level agreements; along with trend analysis, forecasting and helping Cushon to develop a true understanding of levers to pull to improve operational performance.

You’ll also:

  • Provide high quality analytical input to support the interpretation and measurement of service level agreements and KPI’s.
  • Drive and implement processes aligned to organisation wide policy and business frameworks
  • Make sure performance and business management activities are aligned to the Natwest Cushon agenda
  • Work in partnership with areas right across the business in the planning and management of business support activities, projects and processes.
  • Work with functional heads to continue to support proposition development across the business areas

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with excellent experience of working in a data analytics or business insights role, ideally with a working knowledge of the Zendesk and MUFG platforms. You'll additionally need a broad knowledge of the customer base and how it interacts with the rest of our business.

You’ll also need:

  • Knowledge of MUFG data sources
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use information to develop creative solutions that bring tangible value
  • Excellent experience of working on multiple business initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to work accurately and at pace under pressure
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
