We are looking for a Regional Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives for our EMEA business. This role is critical in improving processes, analyzing data-driven insights, optimizing regional performance, and ensuring seamless execution across business functions.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with EMEA leadership to streamline operations, enhance reporting, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role, you’ll act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to drive strategic decision-making while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-growing global environment. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Partnerships, with a dotted line reporting to the CEO of EMEA.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support HubSpot CRM management and ensure high data quality, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Data Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and regional reporting

Data Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Analyse business performance, market trends, and sales leading and lagging indicators in our CRM to support strategic decision-making
  • Provide management with actionable insights on revenue trends, sales efficiency, and customer success metrics
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to develop dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and improve visibility across teams

Business Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with EMEA leadership to drive regional growth initiatives and improve operational effectiveness
  • Assist in business reviews and regional planning cycles by preparing key insights and performance reports

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between EMEA leadership and global teams (Finance, Revenue Ops, GTM, Product, etc.) to align strategy and execution
  • Drive operational excellence in regional go-to-market (GTM) execution, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis
  • Work closely with the CEO of EMEA to provide operational support and ensure alignment with global business priorities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Consulting within a high-growth tech or SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (a plus), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlick, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) and a deep understanding of revenue operations processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leadership in a matrixed organisation
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for operational efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way
  • Experience with data extraction tools such as Fivetran, Matillion, or UiPath, with the ability to automate and streamline data workflows
  • Strong knowledge of third-party tools and extensions for HubSpot or Salesforce, with a curiosity-driven mindset to continuously optimize systems, integrations, and workflows for greater efficiency.
