What you will do
As our Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for top clients, ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional. You’ll connect the dots between clients and internal teams, keeping projects on track and expectations aligned. From meetings and updates to budgets and payments, you’ll stay on top of every detail—building strong relationships and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.

How you will do it
- Provide regular, clear updates on project progress, key milestones, and next steps
- Organise and document client meetings with actionable follow-ups
- Turn client requests into clear tasks for the internal team
- Keep track of project budgets, costs, and invoicing
- Support the creation of quotes, proposals, and financial summaries
- Reconcile financial data for client and internal reporting
- Balance customer needs with business goals and delivery timelines
Required
- Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator)
- Strong background in project coordination or administration
- High financial literacy and comfort working with numbers
- Skilled in using Sage and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Top-notch attention to detail and time management
- Commercial awareness to balance customer needs with business goals
- Ability to explain complex details clearly and professionally
Preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project
- Solid understanding of project lifecycles from start to finish
- Background in billing and budget tracking
