Join our Global Corporate Banking (GCB) Business Management team and play a pivotal role in EMEA Subsidiary Banking business. As a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, our team is responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks while optimizing performance. As an Executive Director for Business Management supporting EMEA Subsidiary Banking, you will be instrumental in promoting key initiatives and aligning regional strategies with global alignment. You will work closely with Subsidiary Banking Business Head across EMEA to develop and track growth initiatives, review management reporting and financials, and establish KPI tracking mechanisms. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Subsidiary Banking Global Business Manager to ensure regional agendas are integrated with global objectives.
Job responsibilities

  • Lead the gathering, analysis, and presentation of data to facilitate strategic decision-making and business progression.
  • Oversee financial management, including pipeline oversight, projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation, and expense management.
  • Analyze the market position of our clients in the EMEA region to develop growth strategies for Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, Markets, Securities Services, and other wholesale banking products.
  • Collaborate with product partners, sales teams, and business managers to identify client opportunities and execute business plans.
  • Coordinate the client agenda, including client prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Influence the production of financial reporting and conduct ad hoc financial analytics and data modeling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to EMEA Subsidiary Banking team leads, providing strategic insights and guidance.


Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Extensive experience in finance, project management, or business management roles, with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and articulate complex results to a diverse audience, including senior executives.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives in a global corporate environment.
  • Exceptional professionalism, sensitivity, discretion, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to structure and build both quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysis, with a deep understanding of business drivers and modelling.
  • Team-oriented and flexible, with a proactive approach to project ownership and progression.


Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration.
