Job Description

Our Business Management Degree Apprenticeship is a four-year programme combining impactful work with academic study. You’ll gain work experience across Visa with five 6-month rotations in teams including Account Management, Consulting & Analytics, Client Services, Risk, and Product. This will be followed by a final 18-month placement in the team which you’ll launch your career upon completion of the programme.

You will study towards your degree through Corndel College London in a programme designed to build effective leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours that aspiring managers need to thrive. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a BSc (Hons) in Applied Business Management and Charted Manager status. It includes a broad range of disciplines such as project management, business finance, sales and operational strategy - please find more detail about the curriculum here.

Alongside your rotations and studies, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • Be ready to start full-time work from September 2026
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years or more.
  • Hold 7 GCSE's grade 9 - 4 (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Be studying towards or have a level 3 qualification (e.g. A-Levels or BTEC qualification) equivalent to 104 UCAS Points or above. This is equivalent to BCC for A-Levels or DMM for a BTEC. Please clearly state your grades/predicted grades on your CV.
  • Not have completed a Level 6 (Degree) or higher level qualification previously

  3. The final stage will be an Assessment Centre at our London office, where you’ll meet our managers and current apprentices - and show us what makes you stand out.
