We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organization's growth, we have created a new opportunity for a Business Management Administrator  to join our Cirencester Business Management team. This is a permanent full-time role working 5 days per week in the office. 
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • You will help keep the office running smoothly and ensure partners, colleagues and clients receive responsive and professional support. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Document production: Prepare and format letters, minutes, file notes and other documents using copy and audio typing.
  • Partner and team support: Manage diaries, arrange appointments, keep actions organised and provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Correspondence and records: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate electronic files, scan documents and oversee working paper archives.
  • Client contact: Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, take accurate messages and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Billing and data: Prepare invoices, update databases and support automated correspondence and mailings.
  • Wider office support: Work flexibly with colleagues and assist with other administrative tasks when deadlines or business priorities require it.
 
About You
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude 
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated
  • Relevant work experience and/or experience of working within a fast paced office environment.
