We are seeking

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-oriented operator to serve as the Senior Manager, D2C Growth & Innovation, EMEA. This person will be responsible for driving the performance and evolution of Oura’s direct-to-consumer business across the region, balancing near-term growth priorities with building the foundations for long-term success in a diverse set of markets.

You will combine data-driven insight with local-market curiosity, uncovering what drives growth in each region and translating those learnings into actions that improve conversion, revenue, and lifetime value. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help tailor global strategies for regional realities while surfacing insights that shape how Oura grows globally.

Success requires a mix of analytical depth, business judgment, and executional drive. You will dig deep into consumer and purchase data to identify opportunities and turn those insights into scalable growth strategies that accelerate Oura’s consumer success across EMEA.
Note: This jobs requires you to be living in the UK. We are not considering relocation for this role.

What you will do

Shape regional D2C strategy: Localize and evolve Oura’s direct-to-consumer strategy for EMEA, balancing growth in established markets with tailored approaches for emerging ones.

Drive consumer and purchase insights: Partner with analytics and data teams to uncover the behaviors, preferences, and purchase patterns that drive performance.

Translate insights into action: Develop clear recommendations based on data that help markets reach their potential.

Build and operationalize growth initiatives: Translate strategy into programs that can be tested, scaled, and replicated across markets, ensuring strong cross-functional execution and measurable results.

Expand multi-product adoption: Support strategies that increase repeat purchases, upgrades, and attach opportunities as Oura expands into multiple products.

Forecast and measure performance: Establish frameworks for tracking business health and use those insights to guide strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.

Collaborate across regions: Work closely with global D2C leadership, including the Americas and Membership teams, to share insights, align on best practices, and coordinate initiatives that drive consistent, scalable growth worldwide.

Foster cross-functional collaboration: Partner across Commerce Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Supply & Demand Planning, and more to ensure business objectives are met with clarity, speed, and measurable impact.

We would love to have you on our team if you have
  • 8–10+ years of experience in D2C roles within consumer, health, or technology companies.
  • Proven ability to use consumer insights and behavioral data to drive business performance.
  • Strong analytical fluency, experienced in interpreting cohorts, funnels, and regional performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience developing and executing localized strategies that increase conversion, AOV, and attach rates.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational execution; able to move fluidly between analysis, recommendation, and action.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional and executive audiences.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity about regional markets — eager to test, learn, and adapt approaches to different consumer contexts.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and brings clarity in complex situations.
