Responsibilities:

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to assist decision-making processes within an organization. This role involves using data analysis tools to extract insights, develop reports, and visualize data to support strategic business objectives. The BI Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable intelligence and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: lead a team of data analytics experts to take business informed decisions
  • Business Orientation and Collaboration: Understand client needs, business development opportunities and proactively define ways to support with data-driven insights. Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making, improve processes, and maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Lead the creation of regular and ad hoc reports for key stakeholders.
  • Data Visualization: Lead the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to help business leaders understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
  • Predictive Analytics: Use statistical models and advanced analytics to forecast trends and support business strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with BI trends and technologies. Suggest process improvements and optimize BI systems to increase the effectiveness of reporting and analytics.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all reports and dashboards comply with internal data standards, governance and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience, including meaningful experience in the financial/payments industry or consulting firm.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to convey data-driven insights and translate into business impact and opportunities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strong enthusiasm for promoting evidence-based decision making. Proficiency in analytical tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • A keen interest in business strategy and improving operational efficiency through data.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
