Scope:
- The Business Intelligence Business Partner serves as a key liaison between the technical team and business units, focusing on gathering requirements, providing strategic recommendations, and managing BI projects.
- This role is pivotal in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and operational improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed BI requirements.
- Lead the management of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.
- Serve as a bridge between the technical developers and business units, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.
- Directly impact strategic decisions by delivering insights that drive business improvements and innovation.
- Enhance collaboration and efficiency by effectively managing projects and interfacing between technical and business teams.
What we are looking for:
- Total 10yrs of experience with Bachelor’s Degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc. with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage BI projects and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics sectors is highly desirable.
