The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze data to assess performance, conduct market research, create dashboards, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in data analytics and market research, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to become a key enabler of data-driven business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decision-making.
2. Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.
3. Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to enable visualization and tracking of business objectives.
4. Independently or collaboratively execute deep-dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
5. Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution.
6. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution through effective communication.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research, with excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills.
3. Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel).
4. Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
5. Solid business acumen and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to derive business-value insights from data.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company.
- Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.
- Understanding of web or mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
