Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT team at Harrods. This role will report to the Lead BI Analyst, within the wider Data & Analytics function

About The Role

The role will get involved in all aspects of developing and maintaining a modern and flexible data visualisation layer and reporting solutions. While based in Hammersmith, the role may require occasional visits to the Knightsbridge location and some travel to other Harrods office locations e.g. Thatcham. Working from home will be an option and supported in line with future company policies.

You will also;

· Proactively engage with business to design appropriate solutions

· Translate the business needs into technical solutions

· Build engaging reports and visualizations using company standard tools

· Support and resolve data and report issues

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience using SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects and Analysis for office. It is important to have previous experience in Data warehouse/ Data Lake/ Database experience.

You will also have:

· Stakeholder management experience

· Strong Data Analysis experience

· Project, work with big data, Manipulate and draw conclusions

· Experience with Data visualisation tools

· Advanced Excel Skills

· SQL or Python or R experience is desirable ·
