Job Description
Join our team as the Regional Corporate Real Estate Operations Manager, where you will lead the integration of strategic planning and delivery models to elevate our real estate operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with global teams and drive innovation in a high-performing environment.
As the Business Integration and Operations Head, Global Real Estate - Executive Director, you will manage business operations to ensure high performance across corporate real estate functions. Acting as the chief of staff to the Region Head, you will lead engagements with global operations teams and support the delivery of strategic objectives, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities

  • Manage the overall program integration, milestones, resourcing to ensure timely, thoughtful delivery of the plans and business alignment; be a major stakeholder in the development of real estate and portfolio strategies working with the Region head and the regional functional leads
  • Lead the region in the identification and development of best practices and changes across the functions, in partnership with CAO partners, technology, control, etc and syndications with the LOBs to achieve a continuing change, high performing culture
  • Monitor closely with set performance metrics results of changes to verify results vs goals and to make necessary tweaks to address gap
  • Manage and monitor functional and operational metrics for a focused and continuing effort on improvement
  • Lead the efforts from the center to ensure projects are programmed from the onset correctly and integrates the collective remit of GRE, the business needs, operation, legal and risk, etc
  • Support the region head and the finance head in ensuring effective and timely financial reporting and analytics to generate cost and metrics improvements
  • Lead the efforts for operational process improvement, working closely with the regional functional leads and the global operational and technology teams as well as for operational risk and control agenda working closely with control, compliance and audit teams
  • Be a key stakeholder in developing the operational and capital budget with Finance in an integrated, thoughtful and timely manner
  • Act as chief of staff for GRE and manage business management agenda
  • Work closely with region head in developing the resourcing plan
  • Lead the program on talent retention and attraction in partnership with HR


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive work experience with senior management in corporate real estate, covering project/construction, real estate, and property management
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Effective leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Proven experience in managing people and teams
  • Excellent planning and programming skills
  • University degree


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a multinational corporate real estate environment
  • Familiarity with global operational and technology systems
