We operate in a high-trust environment that celebrates collaboration and values cultural differences.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrated experience in a continuous improvement role within an office/white-collar environment, including root cause analysis, end-to-end journey mapping, group facilitation, and implementation of enhancements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to assess and quantify both input and outcome metrics of improvement initiatives

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders

  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement qualification (highly desirable)

  • Hands-on experience with Agile backlogs is a strong advantage

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Experience working for/with well-known consumer brands, preferably in digital marketing environments.

  • Experience working in digital marketing and/or ecommerce teams managing front-end customer journeys
