About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify, attract, and hire world-class go-to-market talent that drives our company’s revenue growth. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with two/three in-office days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and related functions.

  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines.

  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience, from first contact through offer acceptance.

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to define job levels, compensation bands, and offer structures.

  • Leverage data to report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.

  • Promote employer branding through professional networks, events, and social platforms.

  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our recruiting best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS).

  • Proven success recruiting for quota-carrying sales and customer-facing roles in SaaS or tech.

  • Strong understanding of GTM org structures, compensation models, and target profiles.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior hiring managers.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g, Ashby)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling tech environment.

  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and pipeline management.
