About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

About the opportunity

Pallet is hiring a Business Recruiter, a rare role with true 0→1 ownership. As we scale rapidly and prepare for our next stage of growth, this role will build the entire Business recruiting function from the ground up. You’ll partner directly with our Head of Talent, Head of Operations, and CEO/Founder to shape our hiring strategy, define processes, and bring in the exceptional talent that will fuel our next phase.

This is not a “support” function — recruiting at Pallet is a strategic partner. You’ll be deeply embedded in leadership conversations, understand the business drivers behind each role, and hire the people who will move the company forward. With aggressive revenue targets, a fast-growing market, and a massive opportunity ahead, the impact you’ll have on the business will be immediate and long-lasting.

Why this role is different
  • You’d be an early stage Business Recruiter at a fast-growing AI company, owning everything from 0 to 1 — sourcing strategy, interview design, tooling, enablement, and overall process.
  • You’ll work directly with the founder and have exposure to exec hiring from day one.
  • As we scale, this role has a clear path to leading additional Business recruiters or eventually running the entire business recruiting function.
  • You’ll shape our Business talent brand, help drive events, and build content that attracts world-class revenue talent.
  • You’ll also have real budget and leadership backing to execute, with a team that treats hiring as a core advantage.
How you will make an impact

  • Build a repeatable multi-channel sourcing engine for high-quality pipeline generation
  • Close top-tier talent in a highly competitive AI market through creative strategies and strong candidate relationships

  • Understand how hiring ties directly to business goals and maintain a strong grasp of the talent landscape Pallet operates in
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align recruiting priorities with company objectives
  • Develop and amplify Pallet’s sales talent brand — from events to community engagement, in line with our culture
Preferred experience
  • 6–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Build and manage pipelines across 10+ concurrent roles with strong operational discipline
  • Build scalable, data-driven sourcing engines across channels (LinkedIn, Gem, Juicebox, referrals)
  • Skilled at engaging and closing top talent in competitive SaaS or AI markets
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and able to prioritize with urgency and focus
  • Strong communicator with a bias for action, low ego, and genuine excitement for building from zero to one
Our Tech Stack
  • Greenhouse for ATS
