Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Assess problems and issues in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practices.
- Works with management to identify changes to impact future quality, test development and reporting on results.
- May collaborate with management exceptions to guidelines.
- Perform QA reviews on the TPRs, Alt As, IRQs, PMTS & Business Reviews etc., and closely work with the SMC / Sr. SMC to provide consistent, timely, "real time" feedback to Supplier Management Consultant and Sr. SMCs to improve compliance.
- STORM adherence to policy Job Instructions, minimize STORM record touches, and all QA findings cleared before QA is closed for TPRs, Traditional
- Monitoring compliance with SLAs for completing QA defined for TPQA, to minimize back and forth, and discuss findings with the SMC/ Sr. SMC after 2nd round of review of QA findings
- Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance risk activities utilizing documented procedures. Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance.
- Closely work with the Supplier Management team and provide Quality feedback for the improvement / implementation of Validation requirement / Job-Aid procedures pertaining to Third party Program
- Be updated on all the latest updates / changes on the TPP life cycle
- Prompt communication on the audited review and feedback
- Monitoring compliance with SLAs for completing QA defined for TPQA, to minimize back and forth, and discuss findings with the SMC/ Sr. SMC after 2nd round of review of QA findings
- Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance risk activities utilizing documented procedures.
- Review of low-to-high-rated assessments and similar TPRs and Traditional TPRs
- Hold good knowledge of Third-Party Program principles and non-standard risk activities
- Analyze the mitigation of risks and obligations identified in Third party Quality Assurance activities.
- Responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations.
- Functions may include evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed.
- Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution.
- Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance.
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5-9 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Sourcing, Legal, Contract Drafting, Quality Assurance, RCSA, Audit, Compliance and Quality Control
- Degree / LLB Graduate and preferred Legal background
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating Master Agreements and other similar Agreements
