About the Role:

DRUM are looking for an experienced, talented and driven Business Director to join our ambitious, culture-driven agency. The Business Director will sit within our Discovery team, which own and nurtures key client relationships, work closely with media agency partners to unlock growth opportunities and design and develop brilliant cultural marketing solutions for clients.

We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable building new relationships with clients and agency partners as they are leading complex projects from conception to conversion, challenging the work and ensuring that we put the best creative solutions forward to clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of Senior Account Directors, work closely with all other DRUM functions including creative, strategy, production, partnerships & project delivery, and play a pivotal role in driving new business initiatives. Responsibilities will also include commercial reporting and revenue forecasting, and you’ll be part of a newly created Extended Leadership Team driving agency growth.
