We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our growing team and lead our Business Development efforts across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a developing function in the region, guide and scale an existing team of BDRs, influence our global strategy, and build scalable processes that drive meaningful growth. This is a remote role, based in London.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Recruit, Manage, onboard, and continually coach a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Set up and run process to optimize inbound lead qualifications and drive outbound prospecting efforts to build qualified leads
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal business teams, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Provide consistent visibility and insights into sales development activities, hand-off, dispositions, and outcomes by region, team, and individual
  • Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth

What are we looking for

  • Prior management experience leading a Business\Sales Development team at a fast-growing SaaS B2B company
  • Metrics-driven, with an analytical approach to solving business problems and coaching sales reps
  • Proven track record of delivering on sales pipeline targets.
  • Proven ability to make solid connections and overcome rejection and temporary setbacks to achieve results.
  • Hunger to keep improving, learn more, and overachieve.
  • Cold calling and emailing experience.
  • Process and detail-oriented.
