YOUR MISSION

Potloc is on a mission to achieve ambitious growth targets by introducing our solutions to more prospects. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving attended meetings with Consulting and Private Equity professionals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and Engage: Use a mix of cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
Book Meetings:  Your success will be measured by driving attended sales meetings.
Strategize with Your AE: Work directly with the sales team to focus on high-impact accounts and prospects.
Maintain Data Integrity: Keep HubSpot updated to ensure accurate tracking of accounts and outreach efforts.
Collaborate & Learn: Take feedback from your manager and growth team, applying coaching quickly to refine your approach.approach.


REQUIRED SKILLS

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or business development. 
• Experience with go-to-market tools, including CRMs, diallers & prospecting tools. Bonus for HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven ability to make 100 dials per day and hit activity KPIs.
• You have a genuine passion for sales and business development.
• Able to manage a high workload, you remain organized and efficient.
• Ambitious, persistent, with active listening skills and strong attention to detail.
• You work effectively as part of a team.
• Full proficiency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Private Equity firms is a plus.
