Zeelo is on a mission to transform the way frontline workers and employers connect with reliable, sustainable, and affordable commuter transportation. We partner with global leaders like Amazon, Barclays, and UPS, and we’re rapidly expanding after a successful Series B raise.

If you’re ambitious, driven, and ready to grow your career in sales, this is your chance to join a fast-scaling tech company where your impact will be felt from day one.

About the role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships across the UK market. You’ll work alongside our London-based team, benefit from hands-on mentorship, and gain exposure to some of the world’s biggest brands.

This isn’t your typical entry-level sales job—it’s a chance to make a real difference by helping businesses improve employee accessibility, retention, and satisfaction while reducing traffic and carbon emissions.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive pipeline growth by reaching out to prospective UK clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives through engaging, consultative conversations
Research and identify key decision-makers at target accounts using the latest sales tools
  • Keep our CRM up to date—accuracy here directly impacts your success (and your commission)
  • Collaborate with Marketing to shape campaigns that resonate in the UK market
  • Share client insights to help shape our product and strategy as we scale
What we’re looking for:
  • Resilient & determined — you stay focused, even when challenges arise
  • Strong communicator — confident adapting your approach to different industries and stakeholders
  • Curious & coachable — eager to learn, ask smart questions, and apply feedback
  • Results-driven — you love setting and smashing personal targets
  • Collaborative — whether in sports, clubs, or work, you thrive in a team environment
  • Mission-driven work: Every commute we power helps reduce CO₂ emissions and makes work more accessible especially in areas with limited public transport
  • Real ownership: Play a key role in growing and shaping a core commercial revenue stream.
  • Collaborative culture: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to win and deliver together.
  • Global exposure: Be part of a 120+ person team across the US, UK, and Spain
  • Best-in-class tech: Our platform is redefining how organizations move their people
  • Supportive Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical coverage, 26 days annual leave plus your birthday off and a £250 learning stipend. Social events throughout the year as well as lunch club Fridays!

This is your chance to be part of a UK-founded success story that’s expanding worldwide—while building your career in a supportive, ambitious team.

Ready to make an impact? Apply now and help us shape the future of commuting.

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
