Proven success in a BDR role at a B2B SaaS company (or similar) — consistently hitting or exceeding targets, or showing clear evidence of achievement in a competitive environment.
Resilient and resourceful, energized by connecting with people, learning from challenges, and finding creative ways to open doors.
Curious and data-driven, eager to test new campaigns, analyze results, and continually improve how you connect with prospects.
Strong communication skills, able to write compelling outreach, hold engaging conversations, and present with confidence.
