LastPass is looking for a Business Development Representative:

This Business Development Representative role will focus on the UK&I and Nordics markets. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent English communication skills. As a BDR, your primary goal will be to generate pipeline growth by engaging with prospects and customers across various verticals and industries.

Who will you work with?

You will be joining a team of five, including one manager and four BDRs covering France, DACH, Benelux, and UKI. In this role, you will collaborate with your Account Executive and Marketing peers to strategize and engage in go-to-market activities that will help you achieve your goals.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Your main focus will be outbounding to prospect and customer accounts across a multi-channel and multi-threaded approach, with the goal of generating pipeline for the UK&I and Nordics.
  • You will collaborate closely with the marketing team on regional activations and events.
  • You will maintain best practices around account cadencing, ensuring leads are contacted promptly and a consistent rhythm is maintained throughout the lead's lifecycle.

In addition, we are also looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Is comfortable making 50+ cold calls a day
  • Is willing to be in the London office one day a week
  • Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Is passionate about starting a career in sales

It's great, but not required:

  • Sales or customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency in additional languages (ideally Swedish as a first or second language – big bonus points here!)
  • A background in technology
