What you'll Do: 

As a Business Development Representative, your role will be pivotal in identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities. You will: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, helping them reimagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions. 

  • Implement a consultative sales approach to understand the prospect’s business, goals, and challenges. 

  • Achieve quality pipeline metrics through consistent follow-up on inbound leads and proactive outbound engagement. 

  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest to develop accounts. 

  • Educate and qualify inbound leads to build sales-ready opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues to direct prospects and deliver effective solutions. 

  • Conduct initial qualification meetings with customers before transitioning them to Account Executives and Solution Consultants. 

  • Partner with Sales and Specialist teams to further qualify and build the sales pipeline. 

  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other tools to ensure smooth hand-offs to Account Executives. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to complete and follow up on lead generation campaigns. 

  • Run outbound campaigns to maintain a balanced pipeline across territories. 

  • Provide feedback to the BDR organization to continuously optimize processes. 

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with knowledge of SaaS applications. 

  • Proven track record in business development within enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales. 

  • Strong sales skills in delivering both inbound and outbound experiences and nurturing relationships within organizations. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the SDR process, including account planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling. 

  • High motivation, independence, resilience, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams. 

  • Outstanding communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal. 

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and translate customer needs into solutions. 

  • Proficiency with standard efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Lusha. 

  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks energetically. 

  • Great teammate with the ability to work effectively with multiple partners across sales, marketing, and solution teams.
