About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and hungry Business Development Representative to support our growth in the UK market.

This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who enjoys prospecting and hunting, meeting new people, spotting opportunities, and opening doors to new business. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with brands and agencies, identifying opportunities, and helping expand indaHash’s presence in the market.

You don’t need to have experience in influencer marketing -hunger to be self-motivated to grow the business,  experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or related industries is essential. You will also need to demonstrate previous success in generating new business revenue. What matters most is your drive to generate opportunities and grow business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and reach out to potential brand and agency partners in the UK market 
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Qualify leads and support the Business Development team in turning opportunities into deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitches and proposals
  •  Track outreach, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy

Who we’re looking for

  •  1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Experience in advertising, media, marketing, or digital industries (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and confidence in reaching out to new contacts
  • Commercial thinking and interest in the creator economy
  • Hungry, self-motivated and resilient
  • Fluent English
