FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and position our solutions as a fit for their needs.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of our go-to-market strategy.

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and fit with our solution.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, ensuring a predictable and high-quality sales pipeline.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of proven track record of delivering and exceeding quota.
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance and/or Logistics.
  • Have strong client-facing experience and are confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, flexible environments where strategy is ever-changing.
  • Are a self-starter who thrives with high autonomy, owns your work, and provides value where you see opportunity without being explicitly instructed.
  • Want your work to have high visibility and are committed to the company’s success.
  • Are naturally curious, eager to learn, organised, and a team player.
  • Are motivated by tangible impact and measurable results.

What's in it for you

  • Experience in building the go-to-market backbone of a fast-scaling AI company.
  • Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
  • An early-stage equity package, competitive salary, and accelerators on commission.
  • Opportunity to take on cross-functional work and grow into an Account Executive role.

This role offers a competitive base salary of £42,000 - £52,000, with a total on-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000 - £75,000, inclusive of performance-based variable compensation.
