Job Description

The Opportunity::

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Business Development Representative, Travel to help us attract and business develop into new clients across industries in the region. This individual should be hardworking, understands the urgency of a start-up, and takes pride in the ownership of their tasks while collaborating in a team setting. The Business Development Representative, Travel will report directly to the Sales Manager, Travel.

  • Outbound research and prospecting for sales contacts via emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Identifying new markets and qualifying potential opportunities to expand the team’s pipeline
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to interested leads
  • Managing inbound leads to accelerate sales
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of sales events and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For: 

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience (preferred) in lead generation, cold calling, sales development, process automation, or data analytics.
  • Proactive in reaching out to potential leads to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of client-facing experience.
  • Passionate about building a career in tech sales.
