About the Role
 

Packsize is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our expansion in the European market. As a key member of our global sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, and creating high-value sales opportunities. This role plays a critical part in the early stages of our sales process, managing inbound interest and generating outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and solution engineering teams to drive growth and promote Packsize’s mission to revolutionize packaging automation. If you're excited by outreach, discovery, and meaningful conversations with decision-makers, this role is for you.
 

What you’ll Do

  • Manage inbound leads with professionalism and urgency, ensuring timely follow-up

  • Generate outbound leads through research, cold outreach, and social selling

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers across industries

  • Clearly communicate the value of Packsize’s solutions to prospective customers

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales and solutions team

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach messaging and tactics

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on key metrics and insights

What you’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Fluent in either French or Spanish (written or Spoken)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging at all levels of an organization

  • Confident making cold calls, sending emails, and using tools like LinkedIn to connect with leads

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Fast learner and team player with a growth mindset

Must Have

  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re excited to train the right person
