You will engage senior stakeholders in Procurement and HR across large organizations to secure high-value meetings. What you will do:

  • Maintain meticulous CRM documentation of stakeholder insights and discovery data to ensure seamless opportunity handovers and tracking.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record as a BDR or SDR within B2B SaaS, workforce technology, or complex enterprise solution sales.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the resilience and confidence to perform cold outreach to senior corporate stakeholders.

  • Experience working within structured, KPI-driven environments with a disciplined approach to account-based prospecting and follow-up.
