Join beqom - where Tech meets Impact

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company powered by Intentional AI that provides industry-leading tools for pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance management. Trusted by leading global enterprises, beqom empowers HR leaders to make smarter, compliant pay decisions that win and keep top talent.

The role

This role owns the top of the funnel for the UK& Nordics markets. You generate and qualify pipeline among organisations of 1,000+ employees, starting conversations with HR, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and Finance leaders about pay equity, pay transparency and compensation management. You work in close partnership with the Account Executives who take over the opportunities you qualify, and with the wider EMEA sales team on messaging and market intelligence. Outbound is the core of the job: most of your week is spent prospecting, and the level of activity expected is high.

Concretely, you’ll:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities with UK & Nordics organisations of 1,000+ employees across HR, Compensation & Benefits and Finance functions.
  • Run multichannel outbound campaigns combining cold calling, email sequences and LinkedIn social selling.
  • Own the top-of-funnel process for the UK & Nordics market, from first outreach through to a qualified meeting.
  • Apply the BANT and MEDDIC frameworks to qualify prospects and prioritise the accounts with the strongest fit.
  • Maintain an accurate, structured pipeline in HubSpot and log every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate the handover to Account Executives with the context they need to run a strong first call.
  • Partner with the EMEA sales team to align messaging and share market intelligence on the French Compensation & Benefits landscape.
  • Use Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Gong and generative AI assistants to sharpen your outreach and call preparation.

Every conversation you start moves us - and you - forward.

What are we looking for?

    What you need to bring

    • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, within technology or SaaS, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience prospecting outbound across cold calling, cold email and social selling.
    • Engage senior stakeholders credibly from the very first contact.
    • Analyse a prospect's HR and Compensation & Benefits challenges and qualify the opportunity accordingly.
    • Native-level French and fluent English (EMEA communications are in English).
    • Work confidently with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist and Gong, or pick them up quickly.
    • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and a structured pipeline.

What sets the best candidates apart

    • Sold into enterprise HR, Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits functions.
    • Worked complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
    • Spoken a Nordic language - Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish.
    • You’ve already played with AI tools (Claude, Clay, Apollo, n8n) and you have opinions about what works.
    • You write outbound copy that doesn’t sound like a template.
    • You have a side project, a newsletter, a Substack, a GitHub, a TikTok, something that shows you build things.

    The stack you’ll use daily

HubSpot, Lemlist, Nooks (parallel dialer), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace. Plus the AI tools you want to test. We give you a budget for that.

    Why join us?

    • Real ownership. You won’t inherit a script and a list. You’ll co-build the French outbound motion with our team.
    • Real exposure. You engage senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies from your first month. The conversations you build are the foundation of an enterprise sales career.
    • Real impact. We sell pay compensation software. The work you do funds a fairer compensation system at scale.
