Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will drive the growth of our innovative low-code platform across the DACH region. By identifying strategic opportunities within a vast existing customer base, you will evangelize a vision of digital transformation. You will partner closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and execute creative outreach strategies in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and emails to qualify prospects and generate sales-ready meetings

  • Research strategic accounts and create targeted lead lists of key personas to drive DACH territory expansion

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to test outbound messaging and optimize the effectiveness of local campaigns

The ideal candidate:

  • Native or fluent German language skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

  • At least one year of professional sales experience with a proven track record in a metric-driven environment
